We verify required credentials, complete background and onboarding requirements, confirm expectations, and coordinate with your team before services begin.

Your designated account manager remains available throughout the assignment. We respond quickly to concerns, communicate with the provider and client, and conduct quality checks throughout the year.

After services begin
You always have someone to call.
Our involvement does not end when a provider begins an assignment. Every client has a designated account manager who remains available to answer questions, address concerns, and coordinate solutions.
We check in throughout the year, monitor the quality of the placement, and respond quickly when something is not working as expected. When additional leadership involvement is needed, clients also have direct access to our CEO.
