01

For families

If you disagree with a district evaluation, an IEE offers an independent professional review. We explain the process plainly and set expectations about scope and timeline before we begin.

02

For districts

Districts engage us directly for independent evaluations and for a second professional perspective on complex cases, with the same documentation standards we bring to every evaluation.

03

Consultation

Guidance from people who have done the work inside schools.

04

Scope and honesty

We only accept evaluation requests that fall within our professional scope and current capacity. If we are not the right fit, we say so early rather than late.

Where we work

Independent Educational Evaluations for Texas school districts and charter schools.

We support campuses across the state, with concentrated coverage in Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio. In-person and virtual delivery is available depending on the assignment and district need.

Common questions

What is an Independent Educational Evaluation?
An IEE is an evaluation conducted by a qualified professional who is not employed by the school district responsible for the student's education. Families may request one when they disagree with a district evaluation, and districts also engage independent evaluators directly.
Do you conduct IEEs for both families and districts?
Yes. We conduct IEEs within our professional scope for families and for school districts, and we are clear at the outset about scope, methods and timeline.
How do we start?
Contact us with the type of evaluation being requested and the timeline involved. We will confirm whether the request falls within our professional scope and current availability before proceeding.
